He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice A. Libby and Katherine L. Libby (Nesbit). He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Elisabeth of Canton, CT and Richard of Montpelier, VT; his brothers, Dale of Bluffton, SC and Dan of Bristol, ME; his grandchildren, Elaina of New Hampshire, Harper and Evan of Scotch Plains, NJ; and his friend Bruce. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
