He was predeceased by: his parents, Manning Halford Fogle Sr. and Nellie Modelle Wilson Fogle; his wife Margaret Ann Fogle; his siblings, L. O. Fogle, Manning Fogle and Shelby Garrick Lemmons; and his nephew Shephen Fogle. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews, cousins and in-laws, aunts and uncles.
