We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2023, at the age of 87, Paul Winford Owen Sr. (North, South Carolina), born in Fort Payne, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Eugene Owen Jr. and Pauline Agnes Henry Owen; his brother Gene Hood Owen; and his grandson Killian Michael Owen. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Fogle Owen; his children, Paul Winford Owen, Jr. (Elizabeth), Clayton Keith Owen (Grainne), Lisa Lippincott (Clark) and Regina Janvrin (Jeffrey); and his brother John William Owen (Lynda). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
