She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hattie Mae and T. Koins Hoffman; her daughters, Melanie Wyndham (Kurt), Deborah Jay (John) and Carla Lloyd; her stepchildren, Michelle Sturkie and Johnny M. Sturkie Jr. (Hillary); her grandchildren, John David Jay (Heather), Jessica Calp (Warren), Kristen Jay, Taylor Wyndham, Brenton Lucas, Cara Lucas and Madeline Lucas; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, John Lloyd Jay, Mason and Logan Calp.
