She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Whisenhunt and Ruth Whisenhunt; and her husband Jacob H. Vallentine, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Jacob H. Vallentine, III (April) of North and Jonathan L. Vallentine of North; and her granddaughter Annie Ruth Vallentine of North.
