With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwendolyn Gail Creech (North, South Carolina), born in Allendale, South Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan D. Creech and Dorothy Louise Fail Creech; her grandchild Tod Franklin Sturkie; her great grandchild Cooper Chavis; and her brother Henry Kearse Creech.
She is survived by: her children, Wendi Chavis (Tony), Rusty Sturkie (Shirley) and Tod Sturkie (Melissa); her grandchildren, Christen Williamson (Rawn), Matt Chavis (Ashley), Zach Chavis, Abbie Marie Sturkie, Jarrett Sturkie, Jacob Sturkie, Patrick Sturkie, Julia King, Makaylyn Sturkie, Ethan Givens and Renee Duncan; her great grandchildren, Adisyn St. John, Alyssa Williamson, Colton Chavis, Riley Chavis, Waylon Brown, Mattie Chavis, Devan Brown, Dillon Whittington and Grayson Duncan; her great great grandchild Nova Whittington; and her brothers, Nolan "Bubba" Creech (Jan) and Andy Creech (Jana). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
