He is survived by: his children, Alice Gray (Greg Bruner), Margaret Hoover, David Hoover, Jr. and Kelvin Hoover (Christie); and his siblings, Carolyn Williams and Howard Hoover, Jr.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
