He was predeceased by: his father Charles Earl Fields. He is survived by: his children, Annabelle Fields and Paul Fields (Baylee); his mother Ellen W. Fields; his grandchildren, Grayson Fields, Easton Fields, Ellie Fields and Everett Fields; and his siblings, Susan Craft (James), Kevin Fields (Candace) and April (Glynn Jacobs). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
