It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Woodrow Paul George of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, born in Junior, West Virginia, who passed away on March 24, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson George and Eloise Corley George; and his sister Martha George Tuck. He is survived by: his wife Jan Jansen George; his son Timothy Paul George; his grandson Adam Thomas George; and his siblings, Cathy George Ramey (Greg) and Jeffrey Bryan George (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Woody's life, the family requests that a charitable donation be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
