“It is with great sadness that we offer our deepest condolences. We just saw Bill on Thursday and he was happy, smiling and seemed to be enjoying himself. Friday afternoon he sent a text asking if we were planning on being at the Marina later. We had responded that we thought so, but later in the day, a beach day, we decided to stay in that stormy night. We sent a text letting him know we were hanging in that night. I also sent him pics of him dancing this past spring having fun.❤️Tim & Lulu”
