He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cunningham and Edna Cunningham; and his brother David Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Roseann; his children, Joy Miller (Ed) of Nebo, WV, Mark Cunningham (Laura) of Indian Trail, NC and Kirk Cunningham (Pam) of Tallahassee, FL; and his sister Janet Frame. He is also survived by 8 grand children and 6 great grandchildren.
