He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy E. Spencer and Jane Spencer (Churchill); and his brother John Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Gaylynn Spencer (James); his children, Troy D. Spencer (Heather) and Jessica Spencer; his brothers, Gary Spencer (April) and Jeffrey Spencer (Janet); and his grandchildren, Joseph Carr, Jeremiah Carr and Emily Carr.
