He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Kopanycia (Henry); his son Stephan H. Kopanycia; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Kopanycia (Houppert); his granddaughters, Sophia and Isabella Kopanycia; his sister Zenia Kopanycia; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Kopanycia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
