He was predeceased by: his father Bob Lowman; and his daughter Robyn Rene Lowman. He is survived by: his mother Polly Lowman; his brother Michael "Mike" Lowman of Loris; his sons, Reeves Lowman, Ruben Lowman, Trevor Bland, Tony Kish and Tristan Bland; his cousins, Jerry Lowman and Steve Lowman; and his granddaughter Kaydence Marie Lowman.

Memorial donations may be made in Robby's name to the North Myrtle Beach Area Historical Museum, 799 Second Avenue North, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
