He is survived by: his wife Debra Garrard Norman; his daughter Tabitha Weber (Steven); his granddaughters, Karrington and Brenley Weber of Spartanburg, SC; and his stepchildren, Tracie Ramos of Conway, SC, Kevin Wilmoth (Dina) of Sparta, TN and Tonya Stephens of Chattanooga, TN..
