She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Stemkowski and Cecile Stemkowski (Fahey); her brothers, Thomas Stemkowski and John "Jack" Stemkowski; and her nephew John M. Stemkowski.
She is survived by: her husband Gregg Federowicz; her stepchildren, Lorraine Duran (Giovanni) and Gregory Federowicz; her grandchildren, Aaron Duran, Gavin Duran and Megan Duran; her sister-in-law Denise Stemkowski; and her cousins, Raymond Polakoski (Barbara) and Bob Polakoski.
Since Patrice had always supported pet adoption and animal rescue, donations can be made in her honor.
