He is survived by: his children, Matthew Smith (Jenny) and Sloan Smith; his granddaughter Emersyn Smith; his sister Teresa Correll (Danny); and his nephews, Chad Correll (Mandy), Jason Correll and Seth Correll (Makenzie).
