He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Bostwick and Marjorie Carroll Bostwick; and his brother David Bostwick. He is survived by: his wife Marian; his daughter Patty Bostwick Taylor (Rick); and his siblings, Dallas, Virgil of Idaho, Ted of Montana and Edna Jones of Florida.
