He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Gerard and Una McLeod Hoffmann; and his brother Howard Joseph Hoffmann. He is survived by: his wife Tricia; his sons, Matthew Hoffmann (Meaghan) and Gary Hoffmann (Crystal); his grandchildren, Raina, Jeana, Icarus and Ada; his sister Elaine Middelstaedt (Ed Dalzell); his sister-in-law Doris Hoffmann; and his son Benjamin Hoffmann. He is also survived by niece, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews; and many friends.
