We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2020, at the age of 69, Joni Phillips Sigmon of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joni Phillips Sigmon to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marshall Phillips and Frances Wittman Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Howard Michael Sigmon; her siblings, Sylvia McSwain (Mike) and Tony Phillips; her stepson Matthew Sigmon; and her brother-in-law Terry Sigmon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Those attending the service should wear facial coverings and maintain social distancing.
