Jolene Johnson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jolene Johnson of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Carter and Iola Criscoe Carter; and her sisters, Magdalene Seawell and Ernestine Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Herman Colon Johnson; her son Christopher Hicks (Vickie); her stepsons, Lynn Johnson of Reidsville and Randy Johnson (Lisa) of Longs; and her grandchildren, Brad Hicks (Gabie) of Pleasant Garden, Crystal Sutton (Brooks) of Greenville, Christopher, Kimberly Johnson of Greensboro, Hillary Vernon (Kyle) of High Point, Kayla Johnson of Marion and Christa Bowman (Blake) of Mint Hill. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
