He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Jones and Dell P. Jones; and his daughter Amanda D. Jones. He is survived by: his wife Mandie Harrelson Jones; his daughter Allison Jones McBride; his grandchildren, Joseph Jones McBride, Caroline Elizabeth McBride and Mason Neal Floyd; and his siblings, Craven Jones (Pam), Charlie Jones (Sue) and Cindy J. Norris (Hamp). He is also survived by seven nieces.
