He is survived by: his close friend Cynthia Carpenter; his daughters, Misty Stokes of Charlotte, NC, Jennifer Bright of Gastonia, NC and Samantha Milbee of Gastonia, NC; his grandchildren, Zorah Hall, Cameron Barnes, Victoria Milbee and Hannah Milbee; his great grandchild Zaiden Sanches; and his siblings, Allen Stokes of Hickory, NC and Carolyn Stubbs of Harrisburg, NC..
