Jack Koucky Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Koucky (North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina), who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessica Oswald; and his parents, Karl Koucky and Doris Koucky. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Derek; his granddaughters, Skyler and Peyton; and his sister Pat Gerberich (John).
In light of the current situation concerning COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no visitation or Memorial Service.
