He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Maxwell and Rita Maxwell (Bagley); and his brothers, Thomas Maxwell and Stanley Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Maxwell (Hilliard); his children, Heather Maxwell of Pembroke, NH, Christopher Maxwell (Tamara) of Needham, MA and Robert Maxwell (Amy) of Arundel, ME; his grandchildren, Lincoln, Emmett, Annabelle and Max; his brother Michael Maxwell (Patricia) of Leesburg, FL; his half-siblings, Scott Maxwell (Lori) of Lyndonville, VT, Roy Huntoon (Janie) of Monroe, NH and Katherine Maxwell of Jefferson, NH; and his sister-in-law Natalie Maxwell of The Villages, FL. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
