She is survived by: her husband Henry "Hank" Myers; her children, Bruce Fields (Mary Ann), Betty Jo Crawford (Paul Crawford), Tracy Myers (Melinda), Dawn Renee Smith and Robbin Myers; her siblings, Frankie Kinsey and Susann Philbrook; and her grandchildren, Faith Ann Fields, Shelby Crawford, Alexis Crawford, Robert Crawford, Brittany Ryan, Ariel Ryan and Melissa Altman.
