He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton C. Fulmer and Annie Ruth Fulmer. He is survived by: his wife Loretta M. Fulmer; his daughters, Christine E. Grego (Chance) and Emily A. Fulmer; and his grandsons, Collin Grego and Connor Grego.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McMillan-Small Funeral Home (910 67th Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Southern Palm Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Risen Christ Lutheran Church, 10595 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572.

“Tommy, as we called him then,was my roommate our freshman year at Clemson. We lived on the bottom floor of the "tin cans" dormitory so that we had to look up out of our window to see ground level. Tommy was a good guy, a good friend, and I am glad I had a chance to know him while at Clemson.”

Although, I haven't seen Tom a lot since Clemson as pledge and fraternity brothers, I have many fond memories that were shared together for 4-5 years, even some that probably shouldn't be published. We had the opportunity of reconnecting several years ago at the Zeta reunion, and I know how much he loved his family, and he will be missed dearly by all of us that had the fortune of being part of his life.
