He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Cuttino Andrews, Sr. and Catherine Gregg Andrews; his siblings, Billy Cuttino Andrews Jr. (Rosan), Charles Andrews (Clyde), Foster Andrews, John Andrews Sr. (Marlene), Mary "Tay" Bailey (Jethro), Minda Hunter (George Sr.), Clarice Andrews, Eunice Andrews and Evelyn Woodberry (Jack); and his grandson Clayton Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Dora; his children, Diane Myers (Samuel) of Florence, SC, Gail Kathy Andrews of Myrtle Beach, SC, DeLeon Andrews, Jr. (Sarah) of Columbia, SC and Theodore Andrews (Robbin) of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Nichole Scipio (Osbbie), Amber Thomas (Jordan) and Aiden Andrews; his great grandchildren, Ashton and Camden Scipio; his sister Lizzie Grant of Pamplico, SC; and his sister-in-law Rosan Andrews of Pamplico, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
