He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen Wood Fussell; his children, Leslie Elizabeth Rodriguez of Levittown, Pennsylvania and Daniel Jerome Fussell III; his brother David Fussell Sr. (Ann) of Wallace, NC; his grandchildren, Tyler Nevadomski (Will, Olivia Buron), Lorelei Fussell and Olivia Fussell; his great grandchild Cam Buron; his nephews, Dave Fussell (Angie), Patrick Fussell, Jonathan Fussell (Leah) and Steve Pearce (Tabitha); his niece Amy Hamilton (Bryan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Grayson Fussell, Zachary Fussell, Ayden Fussell, James David Fussell, Tyler Pearce, Noah Pearce, Aidan Gupton, Camryn Fussell, Alyssa Gupton, Camilla Pearce and Brynlee Hamilton; his father-in-law Joe Wood; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Pearce (Tarbie) and Teresa Wood.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Rose Hill United Methodist Church Building Fund.
