It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colon James Farris of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, who passed away on February 6, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Colon James, Sr. and Bernice English Farris; and his siblings, Gene Farris, Patricia Dial, Charles "Bucky" Farris and Bertha Rollins.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his children, Patrick Farris of Laurel Hill and Michelle Ingram (John) of Bolivia; and his stepdaughters, Anna Calhoun (Curtis) of Gastonia and Penni Wallace (Scott) of California. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
