He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay G. Bellinger, II and Marguerite Stewart Bellinger. He is survived by: his wife Rita Sue Campbell Bellinger; his children, Clay G. Bellinger, IV, Kim Isley and Stephanie Peters; his brother Bob Bellinger; and his pets, Lil, Johnny and Bella. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
