We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2019, at the age of 75, Cecile F. McComb (North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Rowe and Eunice Rowe of Henrietta, OK.; and her husband Lt. Colonel Jack F. McComb. She is survived by: her children, Michael Rich of St. Petersburg, FL, Michelle Rich of Clayton, NC, Mark Rich (Michelle) of York Haven, PA and Melissa Oliver (Berry) of Clayton, NC.; and her grandchildren, Caela, Ashleigh, Maiah, Josh, Tyler, Story and Jack.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at Alz.org.
