He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Gordon Lewis I; his stepfather Lacy Hunt; and his sister Anne Lewis. He is survived by: his brother Advertising; his wife Betty Lou Williams Lewis; his children, Bruce Gordon "Gordy" Lewis, III (Michelle) of Shallotte, NC, Lou Ann Butler (Revice) and Lisa Lynn Horne of Whiteville, NC; his brother James "Jimmy" Howell Lewis of Whiteville, NC; his grandchildren, Brooke Lewis Watts (Alex), Carly Oxendine (Tyler), Adelyn Lewis, Josh Butler (Morgan), Olivia Clark (Blake) and Cole Bagwell (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Leighton Watts, Norah Butler, Nash Butler and Bud Clark.
