He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Huggins and Evelyn Edwards Huggins; his wife Faye Duncan Huggins; and his daughter Lynn Huggins Callihan. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Lee of Savannah, GA; his grandchildren, Hunter Davis Lee of Charleston, SC and Carrington Lea Callihan of Myrtle Beach, SC; his siblings, Carolyn Doyle, Jackie Canaday (Rodney) of Eutawville, SC, Glenn Huggins (Karen) of Santee, SC and Wendell Huggins of Summerville, SC; and his friend Linda Williamson Hays.
