He is survived by: his wife Monica Powell; his son Joshua Powell; his siblings, James Powell (Laura), Elsie Powell Wiggin (Fred) and Sylvia Humphrey; and his brother-in-law Tim Webb (Paula). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
