It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Jane (North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina), born in Kemmerer, Wyoming, who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester K. Thornock and Alberta Thornock (Smith); her husband Jasper "Jack" Allen Hobgood; her son Tim Allen Hobgood; and her siblings, L. R. Thornock, Merrill Thornock and Velma Ward (Thornock).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Garrett Allen Hobgood (Kimberly), Ashley Hobgood Ellis (Nathan) and Kaley Michelle Hobgood; her great grandchildren, Luke Allen Hobgood, Alaina Ryann Ellis and Nolan Charles Ellis; and her daughter-in-law Sonya Callahan.
