He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Augustine and Susan Costin Augustine. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Dickens Augustine; his son Anthony Patrick Augustine (Lindsay) of Pinehurst; his grandchildren, Addy and Carter Augustine of Pinehurst; and his brother Gene Augustine (Maryon).
