It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Winn Sr. (North Charleston, South Carolina), who passed away on October 17, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Hannah Winn; and his brother Dearmond Winn. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Troy Winn Jr (Sarah) of Moncks Corner, Janice Shultz of Charlotte and Kelly Keith (James) of Creedmoor, NC; and his grandchildren, Maranda Winn Jett, Ramsey Winn Niswander, Lacy Winn Tucker and Justin Keith.
