She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Tobias and Barbara Tudor Ferrell. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Fields; her grandchildren, Madison Herndon and Easton Herndon; her siblings, Michelle Nixon, David Tobias and Matthew Tobias; her stepsiblings, Robyne Schmalfeldt, Jamie Negley, Scott Ferrell, Michael Ferrell and William Ferrell; and her stepfather Steve Ferrell.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel (2180 Greenridge Rd, North Charleston, SC 29406). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Gardens (7113 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406).
