We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2025, Robert Wellington (North Charleston, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his son Dion Jenkins; his siblings, Hermenia Prioleau, Christine Seabrook, Alexander Scott, Ronald Scott, Karen Matthews, Iris Smalls, Avis Finley, Brenda Finley, Wendell and Ira Wellington; and his caregiver Antwanna Robinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Ollie M. Dickerson Memorial Chapel (4700 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
