She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Puckett; her parents, Charles Albert Smith Sr. and Velma B. Johnson; and her siblings, Charles A. Smith Sr., Kathleen Cochran and Stanley Smith.

She is survived by: her son James "Woody" Puckett (Donna); her grandsons, Richard Puckett (Jacqueline) and Allen Puckett; her great grandchildren, Scarlett Stelley and Lorelai Puckett; and her siblings, John Smith, Richard Smith (Gail), Geraldine Stachewice, Barbara Jones and Judy Barton. She is also survived by her family and friends.
