Mildred Crosby Brown Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2024, at the age of 93, Mildred Crosby Brown (North Charleston, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashley Fritz Crosby and Callie Mae Robertson Crosby; her husband Cecil Brown of Bamberg, SC; her children, Henry Brown, Cecil Brown, Jr., Phil Brown and Doris Ann Brown; her grandson Allen Schlumbrecht; her siblings, Wendell Crosby, Steve Crosby Sr., Horace Crosby Sr. and Doris Crosby Snider; and her stepsiblings, Gene Richberg, Vivian Wetsell and Juanita Wetsell.

She is survived by: her children, Johnny Brown of Barnwell, SC and Cathy Banuelos (Bob) of Aptos, CA; and her daughter-in-law Trudy Locatelli (Butch) of Bonneau, SC. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, as well as an abundance of nieces, nephews.
