He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo Hernandez and Rosa Rivera; and his daughter Evelyn Hernandez. He is survived by: his children, Doris Semprit (Francisco) of Raleigh, NC, Miguel Hernandez, Jr. (Blanca Mounier) of North Charleston, SC and Douglas Hernandez (Brenda) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Margie Hernandez of Trenton, NJ, Ana Hernandez of Guttenburg, NJ, Irma Hernandez (Miguel) of Isabela and Corpus Hernandez (Elizabeth Mounier) of Isabela. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
