He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Smith and Elizabeth O Smith; his spouse Maybell J Smith; and his siblings, Mary Lamb, Percy Smith and James Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Lewis Wilson Smith Jr. (Robin) of Goose Creek, SC, Kenneth Smith (Christine) of Goose Creek, SC and Jeff Smith (Charlene) of Summerville, SC; and his grandchildren, Cody, Dalton, Stephanie, Nick, Kenny and Kaden.
