He is survived by: his son Jeff Mike Ballard II (Lukas Patrick Ballard) of Charleston, S. C.; and his siblings, Beth Ballard Ellis (Tony) of North Charleston, Larry Garner Ballard of North Charleston, S. C. and Robert Luke Ballard of Goose Creek, S. C.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
