He is survived by: his daughters, Madelynn Thomas and Ansleigh Tudder; his granddaughter Delaney Thomas; his mother Shelley Jo Wright; his stepfather Robert Wright; his father Melvin David Butler; his stepmother Annette Butler; his sister Kelly Jo Mahaffey (Ken); his nieces and nephews, Tristen, River, Obidiah and Izzabella; his sister Christie Louise Bergmann (Kenneth); his nieces and nephews, Chelsea, Zoë (Peyton) and Liberty; his great-nephew Tucker; his great-niece Magnolia Lunini; and his stepsiblings, Lori Driggers, Becky Dora, Christina Shellito (Marvin), Melissa Davis (Trevor), Aaron Weatherhault and Matthew Weatherhault (Alicia Hughett-Davis).
