He is survived by: his children, Melissa Stover (Gary) of Pallmall, TN, Jerry Byers (Rebecca) of North Charleston, SC, Jason Byers of North Charleston, SC and Bryan Byers of North Charleston, SC; and his sister Faye Wallace of Clarksville, TN.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
