He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Langford Hall; his parents, Milledge Ramey and Effie Mae Scott Hall; and his daughter Karen Hall. He is survived by: his children, Frances Shirlene Jackson (James Lee, Sr.), William F. Hall, Jr. and Donald C. Hall; and his brother Bartley Hall. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
