She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy McDonald and Annie McDonald; her sister Juanita Edwards; her sons, Vince Phillips and Brian Phillips Sr.; and her great grandchild Angel Blackwell.
She is survived by: her son Wayne Phillips; her daughter-in-law Amanda Phillips; her grandchildren, Hannah Phillips, Rachel Phillips, Hunter Phillips, Brian Phillips Jr., Rebecca Schadle, Christopher Schadle, Kimberly Blackwell (Charles), Alicia Mooga and Darryl Richbourg; her great grandchildren, Iris and Emmalin Blackwell; and her brother Ray McDonald.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Csra Worship Center (116 Wilde Dr, North Augusta, SC 29841).
