He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Randolph Pierson and Mildred Jamerson Pierson; and his siblings, Sheena Dyches, Brenda Rhine and Roy Pierson.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Pearson; his stepchildren, David Shuster and KatiDee Juhasz; his grandchildren, Seth Shuster, Roman Shuster, Bladeon Shuster, Dominic Shuster, Sophie Juhasz and Oliver Juhasz; his brother-in-law Gene Rhine; and his friend Wilson Wright. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
